Daywin scammed me and another buyer out of an iPhone 6 plus. I paid for the iPhone on 7/4/15 and was told it was shipped out 7/6/15 (no tracking provided). Then two days later I receive a PM from his "wife" stating the phones can not be shipped out. He took money for the same phone from another buyer on hard forum and said the same story.

Sent Daywin payment for an iPhone 6 Plus that he said he was selling. He said he would ship that day or next. The following day, he said I should be receiving the phone in a few days. When I asked for the tracking number, I got a message the next day from his account saying that it was his wife and that he had been in "a bad wreck and the phones were destroyed". She said she would issue a refund but then send a second message a few minutes later saying she didn't know how, so I had to file a claim with PayPal and wait 2 weeks to get the refund.

ASUS Crosshair V Formula

I want to start by saying I initially contacted him based on his post reading "Crosshair V Am3+ motherboard".
After negotiations and shipping, I received the motherboard approx a week after starting communication. That's great!
My CPU and my cooler arrive. Perfect. I go to install them in to the motherboard. WTF? The mounting bracket for the CPU is completely missing!
I notify him of the issue. He apologizes and offers to send me a backplate. Assuming he is referring to the piece that I need, I agree and wait. Almost two weeks had gone by now and I hadn't received this backplate he sent. He couldn't provide a tracking number because he stated he sent it in a package with a bunch of stamps on it. In fact, it still hasn't arrived after a month later.
What ended up happening is that he tried to remedy the issue by sending me two other AM3+ backplates that he had, which I received about 3 weeks in to the whole process. And still didn't solve my issue because there was still no mounting brackets!! I was extremely frustrated at this point.
He ended up fixing the situation by getting me one from amazon with overnight shipping. Ended up costing him $35 for this alone. I'm sure the shipping for the original backplate (which never arrived) and the second backplates plus the shipping for the original motherboard totaled approx $20 as well.
So, when I say that he went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied, I am not exaggerating. He was very prompt with communication throughout. All packaging was done well. In the end, it turned out to be a great transaction. Albeit all the initial frustration with shipping and missing pieces. Would trade with again. Thanks!
